No, however, I can include the cost of these and a sourcing fee into your quote should you be needing any stock imagery. Please do let me know prior to quoting.
WHO OWNS THE DESIGN? THE COPYRIGHT.

Many clients assume that when they hire the designer as an independent contractor to do work for them and pay the design fees, the client will automatically own all intellectual property rights in the designer’s work product. This is not the case. The designer undoubtedly retains ownership of the intellectual property in her/his work unless and until the designer signs a written agreement that transfers ownership of the intellectual property to the client. Because of this, every design contract needs to address the ownership and usage of intellectual property. These can be negotiated in a variety of ways, based on the nature of the work and the specific needs of the client and it requires to be specified before the design service is requested.

Copyright of final artwork transfers is included with each ‘design package’ available.

CREATIVE RETAINER SERVICE

IS A RETAINER SERVICES RIGHT FOR YOU?
IS A RETAINER SERVICES RIGHT FOR YOU?
Meeting all the design needs of your business can be time-consuming. If your design needs vary throughout the year, arise unexpectedly, or you have ongoing needs for design services that don’t require having a designer on staff, a creative retainer might be the perfect solution for your business.
WHAT IS A RETAINER SERVICE?
A  retainer is an agreement between your business and SeryDesign Creative that allows you to contract for as few as 4 hours of service per week. A creative retainer gives you instant access to a wide range of professional graphic design services minus the overhead associated with a permanent employee.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF A RETAINER SERVICE?
With a retainer agreement, you can save 20% or more on graphic design services. The more hours you commit to, the lower your hourly rate is. With a creative retainer, SeryDesign Creative reserves your retainer time exclusively for you, so even if you have rush work or an unplanned need, I can respond to your needs immediately. For multiple small projects, you can take advantage of your combined work volume, and avoid the need to seek estimates, manage multiple contracts, and pay multiple invoices. A retainer can also stabilize your monthly services budget.
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES ARE INCLUDED?

Hours in excess of the monthly agreement are billed at the retainer rate.

WHAT SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED?
A creative retainer does not cover expenses like printing, stock photography licensing, and subcontractor fees. I will consult with you before beginning work to identify any fees or costs that may be billed in addition to your creative retainer agreement.
WILL I RECEIVE A RECKON OF MY HOURS?
Each month, SeryDesign Creative will prepare a report that shows all of the time we’ve spent on your projects. You create your package by choosing the number of weekly or monthly design hours. SeryDesign Creative offers packages ranging from 4 hours to 40 hours per month at a 20% discounted rate. For example, our 10-hours package costs just $400.00 per month with a 3 months agreement. Contact me to discuss how a creative retainer package can work for you.
